These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZHashtags.com and any related services, tools, or applications (collectively, the “Service”), operated by EZHashtags (“EZHashtags,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

EZHashtags provides an AI-powered tool designed to generate hashtags for social media and digital platforms.

The Service is provided for informational and creative assistance purposes only. EZHashtags does not guarantee engagement, reach, visibility, platform approval, or any specific results.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to:

• Share accounts
• Sell or resell access
• Allow unauthorized use of your account

EZHashtags is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or safeguards
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features require payment.

By purchasing a plan, you agree that:

• Prices and features may change
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• You authorize EZHashtags to charge your payment method

Refunds & Cancellations

a. Daily-Use Payments (Final Sale)

All daily-use payments are final and non-refundable.
Because access to the Service is provided immediately, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.

b. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase, only if:

• The Service has not been used
• No hashtags have been generated

Once 72 hours have passed or any hashtags are generated, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations after this period stop future billing but do not refund the current billing cycle.

c. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, only if:

• The Service has not been used
• No hashtags have been generated
• The plan is canceled within the 30-day period

If hashtags are generated at any time during the 30-day window, the annual payment becomes non-refundable.

d. Definition of “Use of the Service”

For refund and billing purposes, “use of the Service” is defined as the generation of hashtags using the EZHashtags tool.
Creating an account, logging in, or viewing settings does not constitute use.

e. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

refunds@ezhashtags.com

Requests must include:

• Account email address
• Plan type
• Date of purchase

Refunds are not automatic and are issued only after verification of eligibility under these Terms.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

f. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EZHashtags may result in temporary suspension or termination of access while the dispute is reviewed.

Definition of Service Use

For the purposes of billing, refunds, and eligibility:

• “Use of the Service” means the generation of hashtags using the EZHashtags tool.
• Creating an account or logging in alone does not constitute use.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, design, branding, and underlying technology—are owned by EZHashtags.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

Ownership of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the hashtags generated through the Service.

However:

• EZHashtags does not guarantee originality, uniqueness, or availability of generated hashtags
• Generated content may be similar or identical for multiple users
• You are solely responsible for how you use the output

AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses automated and AI-based systems.

You acknowledge that:

• Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• EZHashtags does not verify or endorse generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and using output responsibly

EZHashtags is not responsible for account bans, shadow bans, content removal, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms.

Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with or reference third-party platforms.

EZHashtags is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for third-party services or their policies.

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Uninterrupted access

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the Service
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.
You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZHashtags disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZHashtags shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Platform penalties or bans

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EZHashtags in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZHashtags from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of generated content

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
